Refund Policy
Last updated: May 6, 2026
This policy explains when subscription fees may be refunded and what happens when you cancel.
1. Free trial
If your plan includes a free trial, you can evaluate VoiceLink before your first paid billing cycle begins.
You will only be charged after the trial ends if you continue using the service and do not cancel before renewal.
2. Subscription charges
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or where we made a billing error.
If you cancel, your access typically remains active until the end of the current billing period unless required otherwise by law or the payment provider.
3. Charge disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can review the transaction, plan state, and logs.
Card disputes or chargebacks may lead to temporary service suspension while the issue is reviewed.
4. Refund eligibility
- Duplicate charges
- Incorrect plan activation caused by our system
- Billing errors confirmed by our support team
- Refunds required under applicable consumer law
5. Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through the payment provider. Processing times vary by provider and bank.
6. Contact
To request a refund review, contact support with your account email, transaction ID, and a short explanation of the issue.
