By creating an account, starting a trial, or using VoiceLink, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced here.
2. Service description
VoiceLink provides AI call handling, transcription, lead capture, business routing, analytics, and related SaaS features.
Some features depend on third-party providers such as Paddle, Vapi, Twilio, Supabase, or similar services.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account and business information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any actions taken under your account.
4. Billing and trial terms
Trials are time-limited and may require a payment method before conversion to a paid plan.
If you subscribe, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge recurring fees, taxes, and any approved add-ons.
5. Acceptable use
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, threaten platform security, or create legal/compliance risk.
- Do not use VoiceLink for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
- Do not upload or route content that violates privacy, intellectual property, or consent laws.
- Do not attempt to break, bypass, or reverse engineer the service.
6. AI output
VoiceLink may generate automated responses and summaries. You are responsible for reviewing configuration, disclosures, and business decisions made using the service.
AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as legal, financial, or medical advice.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VoiceLink is provided on an as-is basis and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the period giving rise to the claim.
